payment:
simply add what you would like to the shopping cart. you can go straight to check out by using Paypal (accepts all credit cards), or sign up for an account with us and check out within our website by using your Visa or Mastercard. if you decide to use Paypal, you will be briefly taken out of our site to fill in your credit card info there. (note: American Express/Discover users: you can use these cards to check out in Paypal). other payment options: you may also call us to place your order at 828.280.0071, or mail a check to us for your order (but please note that it must clear before anything can be sent out). please contact us before you send your check/money order so we can assess shipping charges.
shipping:
orders are sent out USPS First Class, USPS Priority, or UPS Ground. if you need to expedite your order there is the option of UPS Second Day Air in the shipping method options in the shopping cart. if you need an order sooner than that, please call our studio at 828.280.0071. almost all items are shipped between 1-3 business days, unless we inform you otherwise. you will receive an email the day your order has been shipped. please make sure the email you use in your order is current otherwise we cannot reach you.
privacy policy:
not to worry, your email and information will NEVER be given out or sold. your privacy and safety of your information is extremely important to us. all online orders are encrypted during transmission using industry-standard SSL (secure sockets layer) technology.
international orders:
yes, we just love mailing things out all over the world! so, please go ahead and place your order. you can estimate your shipping charges in the shopping cart. please note we cannot insure overseas items if they get lost (which almost never happens, but you still must assume the risk).
gift wrap:
each item can be gift-wrapped with a gift note for $5.50. simply check the gift wrap option box next to each item before you check out. *little gift notes are always free. you may request a little gift note in the comments box of your order. if you would like us to write something in it, please include your message in the comments box.
returns:
we really pride ourselves in the fact that you will just love your art wares and apparel! however, returns are allowed within 7 days after receiving them as long as all items are in good condition and there is an unavoidable reason or circumstance. any shipping charges will not be refunded.
your favorite painting was sold:
if you saw a painting that you really liked, and it has been sold, please sign up for the mailing list so that you can be notified right away when new works post. alena does work on painting commissions but is currently booked up for several months. you may contact us if you are interested in learning about that process. and thank you so much for your support! we love making you happy with art.
