owl

spring is most assuredly here, the birds are sweetly singing every morning when i awake, and that has thus resulted in all this new found creative energy! so i wanted to share just a few new pieces i have been working on. i have been happily obsessed with peacocks, owls, and trees. and i have also been working on little birds with teardrop shaped feathers. so please look for these to post along with other little surprises in the next months. and i do hope you are enjoying your spring!

lark and key

my friends sandy and duy opened a new gallery and boutique in charlotte called lark and key. they are stocking our totes, pillows, and prints as well as showing several paintings. my friends made the trip over for the opening and it was a wonderful turn out. i am so thrilled and excited for their new venture.

adorn your home and yourself in green.

green art

this year i felt passionate about introducing an earth friendly line of art and apparel. since nature is a constant muse for my work, it would only be fitting that i strive to make my products as green as possible. it was only a little challenging to locate such organic materials, yet i have found i am so happy with the results so much that i encourage everyone to try to become a little more 'green' in their daily lifestyle.
