Join Alena Hennessy for an inspiring experience in the magical hills and fields of Italy on the Umbrian/Tuscan line. This retreat is intentionally smaller (only 9 spaces) so that you can receive an ample amount of one-on-one attention for your creative spark, spirit, and dream-manifestation. An incredible investment to live the life your heart + expressive self desires.

Location:

The retreat will be located in a gorgeous villa, dating back to the 18th century, which has been attractively renovated for modern day use. The villa and enchanting grounds are located in the gentle hills of Umbria, just a short drive away from Tuscany so there is a harmonious blend of magic of each region. It is surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, fields of flowers, and mulberry trees. The villa has 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, a historic stone barn, a pool outlined by majestic cypress, many areas to paint and sketch, and more. There is a private garden that stretches out and has a panoramic view of a nearby historic village – with ample room for painting and creative exercises! Alena has also planned some sweet and well-curated adventures in this experience!

We suggest flying into Florence (or other town in Italy) and enjoying a night or more there if you can, then taking a train to Perugia. We will have a pick up from the train station to take you to the villa. 

Workshops:

Before the retreat Alena would like to know what your goals are and what you wish to receive from this retreat. She will be reviewing your work and/or websites and making notes.

Each morning we will begin with a meditation and setting intentions. This is a simple yet powerful way to dream-realize and manifest.

Painting, breath, movement, earth ritual, and other juicy creative exercises will be explored!

Because there is a limited amount of space, this will ensure that everyone receives much attention, support and refined knowledge for not only their goals but their spirit. Friendships for a lifetime will be made, bonds in service of the greater good for all, along with the collective will be formed.

What’s Included:

~ All accommodation in the villa.

~ All meals + refreshments. For several meals we will have a local chef come cook a special 3 course dinner for us.

Note: Guests will be responsible for airfare + travel to the train station in Perugia.

Rooms:

Choose the room you desire. Spots are limited! Pay in full now and save $100. Most rooms have two twin beds, so you will be sharing with one other woman. There is one private room.

Alena Hennessy is the author of three books on painting/creativity, and passionate teacher of the intuitive painting process. Her work has been featured in numerous magazines and publications, including Dwell, The Washington Post, Spirituality & Health, Redbook, and Natural Health magazine, as well as being featured on Good Morning America and ABC Studios. Alena is a flower essence practitioner, Reiki master and energy healer.
