Last night I had one of those 3am wake ups. The subconscious becoming conscious. It left me with many things—one of them being is the answer right now is more understanding. More than being loved, let’s begin to understand one another— through play, tears, laughter, presence. Let’s allow love to move through these inherent human expressions. If one is understood- one is seen, one feels presence, belonging, connection. The many faces of love. Always more love, in every facet of our human experience.

How did the #newmoon ♎️🌑 feel to you last night? This morning I received a coheal (remotely), from @drjoedispenza retreat in Turkey. I had no idea how much I needed that experience, was so full of unconditional love. I felt so much trust & knowing, understanding. The first one was yesterday broken to so much surrender, such a deep child like cry, that is totally caught me by surprise. The next two hours I seem to float in the soft space of love. Just like a child. 🤍 Tonight we do another distance healing for a dear #soulpainting member’s daughter — blessings unfold when we surrender, show up, and allow them.
