What can I say, you’re incredible and all the magical moments we shared, I don’t take that for granted for one minute ♥️. And all those beautiful souls out there who struggled yesterday for whatever reason… I see you, I understand as much as I can. We are all mothers in our own way. We can mother are friends’ children, our garden, the meals we make, our fur babies… Ourselves every day. To mother is to be human.

Yesterday we celebrated a cacao ceremony and honored the mother element and all the things. So it was a busy full day with a house full of beautiful people. I do feel like a mother, it’s a tender day for me too because I don’t have children. I’ve always had dog children and now I have my sweet Leo and going to get little Lily, Mimi‘s soul reincarnation, in just a few weeks. So anyway, holidays can bring up a lot. Big hugs to all ⭕️♥️⭕️

Flowers are messengers, true friends to us. Making flower essences could be just as integrating and enlightening as taking the essence itself. Here are deep magenta azaleas 🌺 growing on the land. This #floweressence can help open up vulnerable communication and move forward in relationships from that courage. It also gives us a gentleness and ease when speaking from a higher more authentic self.

Did you know you can speak with the flowers? You can ask for any messages they wish to share? It’s a practice and may feel awkward at first, but then something opens. Look at their doctrine of signatures, when are they blooming, how do they bloom? Where do they like to grow? All these are clues. For me this flower essence also symbolizes opening our hearts from the ground up. Meaning you can open up your heart slowly with yourself, through self-care and quieter more private places. They like to bloom in the shade as well and the first blooms come on the lower branches. Opening of hearts doesn’t always come from higher ecstatic states but it can come from simple more grounded ways. In ways we may not expect.
