Sacred Embodiment: Abstract Painting Deep Dive

Brand new offering. May 23-24th in my cushy studio and outdoor space in the lovely climes of Asheville, NC. Only a few early bird sale spots!

Create a luscious large abstract painting (or two or three!!) that you can bring home and be proud of to hang proudly in your home! We will practice ritual and other embodiment practices so that you may delve into the sacred play and wonder that channels abstract painting (which, IMHO, if the most FUN way to paint). I  am so thrilled to share true freedom in composition that shines. If you have taken a workshop with me in the past, we will be doing some things differently this time, a bit leading edge but so nourishing for the soul.

What’s Included:

• Organic catered lunch, refreshments, and gifts.
• All creative and SoulPainting art lessons. Create a set of paintings after fun warm up activities. Collaborate together and with Alena.
• Alena will share the keys to unlocking compositional and WabiSabi mastery.
• Breathwork, Reiki Circle, and channeled guidance for embodiment and joy. Create ritual/mandala/work together, move in magic, and learn to embody a trusting and magnetic well from within. This is my passion and I  cannot wait to share it with you!
• A chance to go out as a group on Saturday to a local gem.

If you are flying, you will want to fly into either the Asheville Regional Airport (AVL), or Charlotte, NC (CLT) which is 2 hours away, or Greenville, SC (GSP) which is an hour and 20 minutes away. After registering, please message me and I  will share with you where cute lodging options are close by. We begin at 10am on Saturday the 23rd and end at 5:00 pm on Sunday the 24th.
