I purchased an online course and I cannot find the classroom.
- Go to My Account and log in. (my account login is located in the top right corner of the website).
- Use your email address and account password that you setup when you purchased the course. If you don’t remember your password you can do a password reset.
- Once you are logged in you will see your account page located at alenahennessy.com/my-account
- Scroll down the page and you will see “Classroom“. This box contains links to the course pages where you will find all the material for the course.
Please also note, logging in initially on a desktop or laptop is best, logging in first on a phone is not recommended.
I cannot find my password to login to my account.
If you do not recall your password used when your account was created you can reset your password by going to the lost password page and entering your email address you used during checkout.
How can I watch the videos for each lesson?
Each video lesson has its own unique password directly under the video.
(Important: you do not use your personal password for any videos, just to login to the Classroom).
